1. Choose your bottles
Add available fragrances and quantities to your list. Regular bottles and complete gift sets count toward wholesale tiers. Each complete set counts as one item. Special-price bottles and mystery boxes are excluded.
2. Choose delivery
New customers are welcome for shipping only, with no bottle minimum. Returning customers can choose shipping or pickup, with a 5-bottle minimum for either option. We are not currently accepting new in-person customers. Pickup requires a confirmed weekday appointment. Shipping is calculated automatically on the website when you’re ready to order. If an estimate is unavailable, send your request and we’ll confirm shipping before payment.
In-person pickup is for returning customers only, with a 5-bottle minimum. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. Mystery boxes and special-price bottles are shipping only.
3. Review before payment
We confirm availability and your final total before payment. Your private request link lets you review progress. A request does not reserve stock.
Shipping and tracking
Ship-center drop-offs are Tuesday and Friday. Your order must be paid and confirmed by Monday at 6 PM Pacific for Tuesday, or Thursday at 6 PM Pacific for Friday. We confirm the applicable drop-off. Carrier transit is additional, typically 3–5 business days after carrier pickup, and is not guaranteed. A tracking number or label does not mean the carrier has received the package.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Los clientes nuevos son bienvenidos para pedidos con envío, sin mínimo de botellas. Los clientes que ya han comprado pueden elegir envío o recogida, con un mínimo de 5 botellas para cualquiera de las dos opciones. Por ahora no aceptamos clientes nuevos en persona. La recogida requiere una cita confirmada entre semana. El envío se calcula automáticamente en la página cuando estés listo para ordenar. Si no hay una estimación disponible, envía tu solicitud y confirmaremos el envío antes del pago.
Las botellas regulares y los sets completos cuentan para los precios de mayoreo. Cada set completo cuenta como un artículo. Las ofertas y cajas sorpresa están excluidas.
Todas las ventas son finales. No aceptamos devoluciones.
